Carissa M. Peterson
Carissa Peterson’s primary practice includes estate planning and probate, guardianships, corporate law, and civil litigation.
Carissa graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2005. While in law school, Carissa contributed to the Consumer Law Journal and participated in mock trial.
Upon graduation, Carissa spent eight years at a Galleria area law firm focusing on estate planning and probate, trust creation and administration, corporate law, civil litigation, international contracts and real estate law. Thereafter, Carissa acted as in-house counsel to a global oil and gas services company and was simultaneously appointed CEO of an ISO-certified Dubai limited liability company.
Carissa received her bachelor’s degree from Schreiner University, graduating magna cum laude, and has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2007.
